I’m Anurag, a software engineer at HDI Group in Cologne, working on cloud, data, and AI systems for commercial insurance. Before that I was employee #1 at Zepto (YC S21) and wrote my thesis at Mercedes-Benz on LLM-based search.

This is where I write things down — mostly notes on what I’m building, occasionally something less technical. It’s deliberately lower-stakes than a polished blog; expect working notes more than finished essays.
